This is a wonderful group and I love their concept to preserve arts and crafts traditoion, and restore to support for local artisans and crafts people. It would not easy in this modern world, but it is very valuable and meaningful.
I was fortuntelly invited to teach two workshops and to speak the lecture. I gave so much information for the Katazome and Natural Dyes class (because it is complicated process), however, all students challenged and accomplished so well! It was my true reward. Indigo Shibori class was also very intense and the students made a lot of lovely patterns with indigo Shibori. -akemi cohn
